Who's done it most often?

Re: Who\'s done it most often?

Gawd knows!

Although i find it somewhat sad that i remember this exact thread from about 2 years ago by Lakesailor, and it makes me wonder just how hlb, Deleted User, Brendan et al have coped for so long hearing posts over and over again!

Re: Who\'s done it most often?

Those all originated from when the forums were migrated from the original to the version 2 software where a large number of people ended up with very similar dates for starting to use the forum, with the exception of Suzanne who would seem to be some sort of glitch or just a test that the techies used.

Re: Who\'s done it most often?

Yes I definatley registered before I bought my first boat and that happened in 1999. There was a migration which meant everyone had to re-register in 2001. Don't know what happened to Suzanne, but she seems like a real poster with 174 posts to her name. She last posted in 2004. I wonder if she knows of her special place on the list /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Re: Who\'s done it most often?

I do miss the old bun fights that used to proliferate on here a while ago. You had everybody join in (except the girls, who had more sense) even those with names beginning with T or dipsticks beginning with J, four letter words had something to say, well a lot actually. Most of it was ill-informed or loutish but everybody has a right to live (they haven't actually but they act as if they have on here) Anyway, I will say no more as it might cause offence to those, shall we say, less fortunate than ourselves. You know 4X4 drive owners and the like, people who watch TV onboard, people who wear shorts in the Club and bellow so loudly it drives the nice people elsewhere. Not that I want to cause and argument you understand just an observation no-one would take issue with. (It's a preposition but what's a guy supposed to do. Most people won't notice anyway!! I will say no more. Enough said. Brendan you will understand being a reliable, sensible sort of guy. Lake Sailor - Well ,,;;; he's a pretty dependable chap.
