Who's at fault

Rammed by a tug in the last six years? Get the compensation you deserve. No win, no fee!
I wonder how many of those injured suffered 'mental trauma'?

OK, I sent the vid off to a mate who is a high flying maritime lawyer advocate whatyoumaycallit. If he deigns to opine I shall post it. Unless of course I have to eat humble pie in which case I will relegate it to pure hearsay and be damned. :o

4am and he wakes me up with an answer.....
Merry Christmas! Yikes, disastrous situation but... Rule 16 crossing seems to put the tug at fault, though i don't see a lot of evasive action from the ferry either. Totally agree about safety: no Rule 6 speed, and wasn't there anyone on either bridge (Rule 5)?! LoL, good entertainment value!

It's hearsay......he's no expert witness.
Should have clearly said both :p
