Congratulations Neil, she looks well in the pixture.
A fine vessel like that should be allowed to spend some time with us sofistycated sorts, on the south coast, before she has to join them east coast roughians.
Let me know when you are next going down, as I'm due a trip that way myself.
<<Well done Neil, wishing you many happy landfalls in her! >>
They will be making loadsa landfalls, most of em unexpected as the hoooge keel ploughs a rut. See Sailorman for detail. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

[/ QUOTE ]Pah... she's 15cm shallower than Magna Carter, and a full 50cm shallower than the last potential purchase.... so providing I am careful, I can avoid grounding by using the furrows we ploughed last year... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Oh, and by the way.... I prefer to go round things like most normal people.. its only you in your floating tea tray that likes to go the direct route at all times. regardless. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
You leave my tender behind. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
WHEN (not if) we touch the putty we just pump the keel up a bit and carry on.
Or turn back as seems best some times.
We only need 12" of water to float. (She handles like a tea tray if we do)
How much did you need?
One assumes you will be more circumspect in you attempts to navigate areas of the backwaters at a inappropreate time? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
