I appear to have just spent a bloody great pile of money, and gone and bought myself a new boat...... (new to me anyway!)

Still subject to survey, so not over until the fat lady sings as they say...

But I am looking forward to sailing a nice shiny Beneteau Oceanis 400....

very little to do.. she's pretty much ready to go... even been antifouled for the season, new anodes fitted etc etc..

she's stood at Lymington at the moment.... subject to due process, i'm hoping that we'll be able to bring her back round over the Easter bank holiday weekend... but that depends upon the survey turning up nothing untoward, and of course, as ever, the weather!

SWMBO is delighted..... she keeps oohing and arring at the size of the fridge compartment, the presence of an ice box, the oodles of storage, and best of all, the full size double berth... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I hate that!! I've introduced SWMBO to sailing with a Moody 44.... she thinks everything is a bit small and cramped!!
