Whoops, Sorry Kioni

14 degrees, sun burning in the sky and no wind. And its half twelve. 100% inaccuracy by the weather people!

Heartily disagree. I looked at the weather on Friday and pronounced that there would be weather windows between midday and high tide both on Saturday and Sunday.
Which suited us very well between Tollesbury and Bradwell.

I also said there would be a bit of rain Saturday evening, which there was, and blowing a hoolie Sunday morning, which it did.

I have changed my name to Full Fish, Weather God.

I heartily disagree with your hearty disagreement. It wasn't a window; it was from 5am to 5pm on Saturday and from 11am on Sunday that there was no or fair wind and sun! And the 'popular' weather sites weren't predicting a window!

On the other hand, I second your proposal for you to become the host East Coast weather forecaster!

May have to consider supporting FC's promotion to Minor Deity, since I suspect if he hadn't gone sailing there would have been no weather window

Of course, if I'd gone sailing there wouldn't have been a weather window either :(

I was down in your part of the world, Kioni, on Mendip on Saturday night, and pretty wild it was too, a couple of trees down between Binegar and Stoke in the night, but Sunday dawned bright and calm. I would have got back to Mersea for high water at 3pm, but the tide table predicted a wet Strood, so I diverted to Tollesbury and checked BD. Turned out the wind had pushed the water the other way.

Couldn't help noticing you'd steamed up the windows in the Cruising Club, Full Circle!

Blimey BD we are south of the Mendips, only 10 minutes or so away, should have given us a shout.

Weren't the Leisure Owners in TCC on Sunday lunchtime? There were 2 events we were going to do that weekend and we managed to miss both of them :(
