Hi.

I have a Fairline Targa 40 which lives in La Rochelle ( Euro 3200 per year!).

I am looking at getting it shrink wrapped for the winter, which made me wonder that instead of paying Euro 550 I could get a whole boat cover made.

We have a toneau at present, but a whole boat cover would cover ... everything!

Has anyone had one made for a boat of this size? Any suggestion as to who I should contact? Any thoughts? I would have to take the aerials off, and there is a chance of ponding on the foredeck, but an upturned bin would probably sort that out!

Any ideas or suggestions welcomed

Drift covers in Bournemouth make good all-over shipping covers that would do as winter covers. I've bought 3 of them over the years. I dont think they have a website

Try these chaps, they do great work and use top quality materials. Also in the Bournemouth area oddly enough.

We use them on our boat and recommend them to our owners and so far nothing but compliments!!
