Who designed the best looking yachts?

Then there's Erroll Flynn's yacht which is really nice too! Look at the overhangs! (I bet that yacht could tell a few stories too)

Interesting that you pick the Folksong and the Nic 32

My tastes, you will note, are conservative and don't change much with LOA.

However the Corribee you picture is the Newbridge boats version............ They previously built the Kaufman designed Signet and when they switched to the Corribee they ditched the original design for the deck and superstructure and substituted the Signet style superstructure

Did Robert Tucker not do that superstructure then? One lives and learns. Anyway, I don't like the Mk 1 much - it's OK, but the Mk 2/3 is the pretty one to me.

S&S... but I'm biased... excuse the fenders on the side deck, rather spoils the lines...

Stephen Jones!
I couldn’t possibly disagree, but I would also like to mention Peter Brett, who designed the Rival range, of which the 34 was undoubtedly the prettiest. I will admit I owned one for 11 years, until I bought my current Stephen Jones Starlight 39.
This picture was made In Loch Scresort, Rum, and shows a Rival 34 and my Starlight in the background

My shortlist is

Eric Bergqvist for the Folksong (dwarves only need apply, or at least try to sit inside)

Charles/Peter (not sure which) Nicholson for the Nic 32

Robert Tucker for the Corribee

And I give my award to Robert Tucker because it is hard enough to design a small boat which looks good and he managed to design one which looks perfect.

Van de Stadt and David Sadler for their variations on the Folkboat, the Invicta 26, Contessa 26 and of course the Contessa 32.
