Who can administer CC

I'm want to have my 36ft Cat CC next year/ I would think it needs to be sand blasted then CC applied.
It's not something I would want to tackle.
Having the boat moored in Plymouth. has anyone got any good places to recommend that would carry this out for me

Any good boat yard should be able to apply it. The process is well within the capability of competent amateurs. Obviously the weather conditions do matter if done outside so worth considering where and when to do it. Get a few quotes for the whole process including lifts, storage, CC and relaunch. Remember to consider dropping and raising the mast if it is to be done under cover.

I had a quote from Elessar on here (didn't go through with it in the end as I hadn't planned to keep the boat long enough), he often posts on CC related threads. His company can do the whole job from shotblasting to application. No connection...

Coppercoat antifouling.

CC seems to cause problems if not applied quite precisely - correct cleaning agents, temperature humidity, etc. It's quite a cockup if done incorrectly. Prob well worth getting a company that knows what it's doing and applies CC several times per annum.
