White plastic end caps (Like what goes on the end of a walking stick or zimmer frame)

We need some new plastic white preferably nylon UV resistant if possible caps for our boarding ladders and also aft swim ladder. Any ideas where to purchase from they are 25 mm and 38 mm.

I used Ross stuff but in commercial quantities. Give them a ring perhaps?

Searching eBay for "white rubber ferrule" gives a fair few results for the 25mm. Didn't notice any 38mm though.

I get Black/white, rubber/plastic endcaps (25mm, don't know about 38mm) for various stepladders both at home and in my business from this shop. Send them an email, they will go out of their way to help.

If you're in Fethiye or Kas I can tell you which hardware type shops stock them, OR go to any pharmacy and ask for the rubber foot for a walking stick, they keep various sizes - for walking sticks . . . . may not be UV resistant but will only cost pence.

Other sources that will have "something" but at a price are swimming pool equipment suppliers

I've used cylindrical rubber door stops for this purpose [boarding ladder]. I've also used them to take up some deliberate clearance between our two teak cockpit floor gratings and [non-boaty] to fix behind a big sofa to prevent its leather upholstery from touching the wall behind it. Very useful items and cheap and durable under marine conditions.

if you go to a mobility shop you can buy the ones that fit on aluminium walking sticks, they fit perfectly on boarding ladders/stand offs ect

So did I, but much smaller ones for when the ladder was stowed. Ended up with rubber feet off a trombone case

Try a caravan accessories shop. A mate of mine bought some big grey rubber "suckers" like on the end of toy arrows from Chichester Caravans for the end of his boarding ladder. Perfect!
