We passed under it two hours ago and wondered why there were a large number of folks walking all over it (and in the roadway as well).
By the time we had moored up vehicles had discovered it and were busy using it for free.

The road and footway surface excellent and slightly springy. Otherwise the external appearance is much as before - but smooth and shiny.
