Which sealant for a fresh water tank

I need to fit a new skin fitting on my fresh water tank which appears to be a polyurethane based material.

Which sealant is best to use with the skin fitting to avoid any contamination with the fresh water?

Such as; PTFE tape, Liquid PTFE, a Polyurethane sealant, Dow Corning Acetoxy Silicone Sealant 781. Any more to consider?

CT1 claims to be food grade, I don't know if there's anything more suitable though.

Bit more info on CT1 in the link below. It's a fantastic product, I've not yet found anything it won't stick or seal!
It gives the food standard it complies to here, I've no idea what that is but I'm sure Google will reveal all.
