Which outboard lock

My Tohatsu 3.3 is only a small motor although some 8 yrs old it hasnt done many hrs. it is not insured as for £200 ish i can replace it

I think 2stroke outboards like my to tohatsu 3.5. Hp have been banned in the EU by the thought police. So replacement would be difficult. 4strokes are too heavy, and electrics don't have the power, range, and are hard to recharge aboard. Hence my keenness to prevent theft
