Which marina owns

The pontoon in in the river next to the bridge at Haslar. Does it belong to Haslar.

I think the one you refer to belongs to the M.o.D. Joint Forces.

There is joint ownership : Civil Service Sailing assosciation, RNSA, and possibly some from Hornet

Depends which pontoon you mean. To port facing the bridge, ie going up stream, is Hornet SC and Joint Services Adventurous Sail Training Centre. To stbd is a long pontoon, which is not connected to the shore, this belongs to the RNSA, the other side of that is Haslar Marina.
