Which is the better marina in Denia?

About to arrive in Denia with a view to a long term berth, I've read and heard various reports about both Marina de Denia and Club Nautica but would be interested in hearing experiences of either from the multiple voices of experience on the forum.

Not a lot to choose between the 2. CN has lift out facility, club house, gated access and pool, and is closer to town centre. MdeD has quite a few cafes/restaurants and public access. Popular with the youth on a Saturday night for partying.

We are in El Port the one on the left looking out to sea.
Price is much much better and a little walk to town but still very good and welcoming.
