What glue do I use for securing a new expanded neoprene gasket in a portlight?

Cheers!

p,s, Didn't we used to have a pint of beer graphic here?

Seals direct recommend a good contact adhesive such as their A139 or A262. A139 is Thixofix

That page talks about silicone sealant, so black sikaflex should be ok then?

Didn't realise i had to clean, roughen, and degrease. Why is nothing on a boat simple?

I think we should run a petition to get our beer back! :D Changes here are good otherwise.

That page may also talk about silicone sealants but they recommend a good contact adhesive, A 139 or A 262, for the sponge neoprene seals.

Anyway Sikaflex is not a silicone!! but it may well be suitable

Never mind the beer where's the ROFL icon

Cant say i blame you (ive got mask to wear) But I notice that my last tube of EvoStick Timebond does not contain toluene. (Heptane is mentioned on the label but it does not smell much like heptane!)
