Which epoxy to use? Mahogany lamination

I'm also in the dark about what exactly is being made, and also which way the 50mm bend is going - the reason being that a 50mm bend in a 3/4" plank does not need laminating, and a 50mm bend across the width of a 14" plank will be very difficult (and almost impossible with an individual 1/4" thick laminate). In fact, why is laminating even being considered as an option?

So, are we talking about something like a cabin side (as has been suggested), or maybe a side thwart running alongside the curve of the hull?

It is the cabin side, as suggested. The 50mm bend is along the 16 foot length, not the 14 inch width. The original mahogany bottom board is almost 14 inches wide in one piece. Even if I could find a board that size the cost would huge. I may consider using 2 planks and perhaps tongue and groove them. It would certainly be an easier bending job and perhaps much quicker than laminating.

That sounds more like it. You could use biscuits or dominos as an alternative, but if you have a router than machining a tongue and groove is no problem and makes aligning the planks when glueing up no problem. I'd still use epoxy + microfibres (and plenty of clamps). The 16' length could be a bit of a problem from the transport point of view, and you'll need a decent timber merchant like Cuch suggests. You want to avoid joining shorter bits to make up the length if possible.
