Which boat?

We are inexperienced potential purchasers, seeking advice on which type of yacht might fit our requirements. We need a sailing yacht, between 50 - 60 feet long that has a sumptious owners cabin, the capability of running air conditioning and a reasonably powerul engine that will enable passages to be completed without relying solely on the wind. Location will be in the Baltic, either a purchase or 6-8 month rental. Availability is important, so would a new yacht be a better option if we purchase?

Many boats in this size range will meet these requirements. These boats take time to build; if you need the boat shortly you are therefore forced to look at the secondhand end of the market, and a look at the brokerage pages of Yachting World is indicated.
