Yes we moored there once the inner moorings dry but others ok , me and swmbo were water skiing, at dusk and we could not find the entrance to the bay as the rocks over lap. The old building is some sort of stately home . It’s just around the headland to ilfracomeThis shot appeared on a TV programme introducing a feature on ‘Babbacombe Bay’ in South Devon. I’ve been to the area a few times but have never seen this. Anybody recognize it?

I think it is watermouth cove, just sayingYes I saw that too, along with our boat in Dartmouth! It’s Watermouth bay between Minehead and Ilfracombe on the N Devon/Somerset border. A friend of mine almost bought it about 30 years ago. He still regrets being talked out of it by his now ex wife. And Kingswear harbour was Brixham. And the cross river passenger ferry certainly doesn’t take 20 minutes, more like 5 mins. They even stated it runs every 15 minutes!!
For those that don’t know it, The Cary Arms at Babbacombe does have spectacular views,, and a VERY steep road down to it.
Yes, I think you’re correct.I think it is watermouth cove, just saying
