Some lovely properties on that river especially nearer the entrance with the view to the IOW.

and yes, made to the mill with plenty of depth to spare 2.2mts at the mill although you have to know the flow of the river as it gets shallower before then,

but I cheated, with local knowledge, lived here for over 40 years.
