Looks good at first sight, my only concern might be that it looks a little data heavy - all that graphic stuff :) Its surprising how you chew through the megabytes in your mobile contract

Hadn't thought of bandwidth having had the luxury of a cheap portuguese all you can eat data sim for so long. Still, might not be too bad with satellite view turned off, hard to have positions on a map with no map ;)

I might suggest to them some way of importing the entries into Opencpn.

Email address, password.

The site has now advised my connection is not private and hackers may be trying to steal my password and credit card details from www.zuluwaterways.com.

Haven't logged any details and can't log in so all very strange?

Requiring an email address and making up a password is fairly standard to register on a website , I have an empty google email account which just gets used for just this sort of thing though this site seemed OK so used the boat one. The was no request of any credit card details, it's a free site with an optional donation button if you are feeling generous.

The connection not private sounds odd though, looks fine on my win 10 laptop on chrome.. not sure what's going on there.

What web browser are you using? Might be worth trying a different browser??

I've read elsewhere that some browsers (Firefox ??) are beginning to barf on some implementations of TLS (https)

Sounds like it's known about and in hand - from their facebook page:

Android phones are having trouble recognising the ssl certificate, which is the safety program we pay for to ensure that people's information on the site is kept safe. It's not actually an issue with the site being safe, but rather that it's not configured correctly for your specific device so it comes up like a security error.

We have spent the last few days working on this issue (with the programmers) and have found a solution that should have the problem resolved soon, but probably not for a week or so unfortunately.

Apologies for that.
You can actually still access the site anyway, you'll just have a big, ugly red line through the http and URL.
