Looks like good accommodation for 31ft. I'd be tempted myself if only it didn't cost 50 quid to to steer 3 degree's to Starboard

It's hardly changed, same carpets upholstery etc
I think he is understating the speed,
When serviced she used to do well over 30knots and we cruised 1500>2000nm a year @ 25 knots (subject to sea state)
