Sadly you should or should not be concerned by this.

Well the prices are the same now, so not much will change.
The good news is that we could build a marina nearly a mile closer to home, which would be nice.

Having just put Mum into one I can tell you by 2025 it will unaffordable.

Warning - I downloaded the whole tome, as it looks like a decent body of work.
When I tried printing it (210 pages with A3 maps in between) the formatting was all over the place.
I will have another go at lunchtime when I will go through it again and make sure it prints corrently so I can bind it.
Note there are a lot of drop-in workshops organised in the next couple of months in various places up and down the coast. The details are in the main download.
Probably worth a go. I will be attending the South Woodham Ferrers one.
