Where to get canopy rubber hooks?

Anyone know where I can get some of these? the recent storm has destroyed my canopy and broken all of the rubber connecting thingies.
My Googling powers appear to be weak as I just can't find any.

they will always break, the harden quickly, do your self a favour and buy some bungee cord with a loop you make yourself the knot will prevent them pulling through the cover.

That sounds a very good idea, especially as I seem to needs connectors of differing sizes each side. And, 8 metres for a fiver from fleabay!
