friend of mine has a catamaran for diving, in south Croatia,
he ascs me where he can buy a new net, to be fixed between the two bows,
for guests hanging in, sun bathing or relaxing.

the boat is locally made, so nothing available from the yard,

I don't know the dimensions of the net, (can asc) boat LOA is approx 12m,
a link to a online seller or dealer would be great
thanks for advice

You might have more joy posting this on the Scuttlebutt and Liveaboard Forums.

thanks, good tip P

I feel a bit strange on the other side, never been there,
but have now posted there ;-)

how are you P, boat is gone from your avatar,
are you doing ok?

I once owned a Firebird sailing catamaran.
She was old when I got her and her two trampolines were getting a bit "past it".
I left the bow one but made my own main trampoline.
I used the same fabric that I have had on all my beach cats (Darts, Hobies and Hurricanies).
A very fine tough grey coloured mesh.
Bought the fabric from Kayospruce http://www.kayospruce.com/index.html
It was a bit of a failure - only lasted one season - really needed to be made professionally - it would have been OK then.
Before making one, I had a good look at others and several used the same material.

In your case, I wouldn't use a net.
The material I would use would be something like this:-

Kayospruce in the UK (Fareham) supply lots of different fabrics to most of the sail lofts and have several materials that would suit your job.
Then, keeping that in mind, I would look for a good sailmaker who also makes covers - ask his advice but suggest these types of fabrics.

Or maybe give these people a call

In Oz cat nets are sold by the sail cloth companies, like Bainbridge. One brand of cat net is Ferrari (I think that's the name) which is what we have on our cat (and has so far lasted 14 years - though we have replaced the laces).
