River Guadalquivir, flows from Seville to Cadiz and navigable. It's about 50 miles though!

Never thought of taking a boat up there, but would be fun, this is the home of the Tapas bar, and bar hopping all night eating random selections in each bar is as close to heaven as I can imagine off a boat.
