You appear to have copied the wrong picture address. The image location needs to end in .jpg or .gif, or .png to display.

Only seems to have copied the fist part of the address. The full url should look something like this {http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f337/Vic43/amygraduationreducedjpg.jpg} but without the curly brackets.
However to post a piccie on the forum click on the words "IMG code" below the thumbnail. That will automatically copy the code (Ie the img code and the url) onto the clipboard. Then in the post simply paste this in without using the image mark up.
Then the pic will appear like this
Always check in preview. It's not foolproof but if the piccie does not appear in preview it wont appear in the post.
