Where is all the Calor

That's nearly £13/kg. What a rip off, someone along the line is really price gouging that one. Disposable cylinders at Aldi are about a third of the price per kg of gas. If someone could come up with suitable connectors you could refill your 907 from disposables for about £12, & create a load of waste while you're at it. It's bonkers.

Of course, no-one on this forum would EVER consider refilling their own 907s totally and completely safely, using a large butane cylinder with proper connectors and high pressure hose bought from a reputable supplier such as BES. Especially so when such refills mean that the outlay on the large cylinder and kit is repaid somewhere during the 2nd refill and subsequent refills work out at approx £4 a time. Nor would they ensure that the total weight of the refilled cylinder was no more than 4.65kg.

Gosh no, common sense and lateral thinking would never do... :D

Plus plenty of fresh air of course; not a job to do in the cellar.

Try GP Barnes at Ladybee marina in Southwick (Shoreham Harbour.) They have a large gas yard and normally carry a lot of stock. They also deliver. 01273 593801

As an aside, Calor do all manner of odd sized cylinders for plumbers etc. Maybe one of those would fit a camping gas sized locker?
