Where do you draw the lines between new build, rebuild and restoration?

Just some folk elsewhere being adamant that they are "restoring" a boat, where there appears to be no part of the hull which is not being beautifully made out of new timber.

Where is the shame in saying that you have a new boat, built authentically to an old design?
