Translated from a Portuguese website covering whom can do what in Portugal, I'm not sure, as a British passport holder if I am included or excluded in this paragraph. Any ideas?

BRITISH NATIONALS (OVERSEAS)
BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES CITIZENS (BOTC)
BRITISH OVERSEAS CITIZENS (BOC)

Purposes of Union Law????? What does that imply?
The withdrawal agreement that has gone into EU law will have different rights for different categories of British citizenship. These different categories would have had different rights when we were members of the EU, but I don't know if the WA changed any of these. Pretty sure if there were any changes they would not have enhanced any existing rights!

Just for completeness, the different categories have different rights in the UK, but these can be changed by the UK government as in the recent changes related to Hong Kong.
