Where did the last 4 years go

Hi Guys

Time for the renewal of Tristans boat safety certificate, deep joy, cant believe its 4 years.

Anyway last time we used Bill Kane, great guy, but understand he has retired?

We are based at Temple MArina, can anyone recommend an inspector who understands boats, nothing has changed apart from a new diesel engine replacing the old petrol

Be grateful for recommendations seems its due 4th June

I think it was Stuart who did th survey for me when I first purchased Tristan, have his number somewhere, John amos may be closer with a maidenhead number

John is based (and lives) in Marlow, same STD code as maidenhead, but Marlow numbers normally start with a 4!

If that was Stefan from AC Marine they have moved to Penton Hook. He insisted on a change to some electrics which have (temprarily I hope) stopped my fuel gauges working.

I took your recommendation and Joe Whitby came down to Temple to do the Boat Safety Inspection today. You guys were right he was a pleasure to work with, really helpful and I am delighted to say that the old Girl Tristan passed with flying colours....no issues at all
