Where can I find out 2008 tides?

Berthon want my 2008 launch date which I can't give them unless I know what the tides will be - anyone any ideas please?

On second thoughts I have removed this link. As my previous preferred tide predictor link was closed down by the Hydrographic Office (allegedly) for non-licensed use of algorithms, I would not like to lose this one.

Another vote for WX tides I use it all the time, and its free and lasts forever

Yeah, WX Tides is good though they aren't allowed to use some of the bigger ports due to UKHO. My weather portal has tide links on it but only the ones already mentioned. If you're having trouble, feel free to send me dates and location and I'll see if I can get suitable launching times.

If you can find an old copy of WX tides then all the missing data is available. Mine is WXTide32 version 2.6. and its all there.

apart from the IT solutions suggested, you could either:

- buy a Reeds Armagnac for 2008, assuming you would do so anyway.
- ask Berthon's to tell you the tides for the dates in question.
- if you are a sailing club member in Poole, you might have reciprocal arrangements with one in Lymington who offer use of the visitor's pontoon for nowt. PM for details. This may help you wait for the best tide, once your fine ship has been re-launched.
