I am having trouble getting a Buoyancy Aid to fit me.
Chest 120cm Weight 92 kilos. (just lost 7)
Bought a Buoyancy Aid XL and it would not fasten round the chest.
Bought a Crewsaver PRO 50, XXL and its tiny, OK it has expanding straps at each side which expand 18" each but the padding is very small. Looks like a child's.
And it appears that all these Buoyancy Aids from XL, XXL, XXXL all only go to 70 Kilos.
Which is 20+ Kilos too small.
Any recommendations ?

Buoyancy aids are normally rated by how many newtons of buoyancy they give - not by how heavy the person is. Fat people float higher in the water anyway...

I'm confused by the question as I weigh 90 + kg (I am very much not obese either!) and don't have any problem getting a lifejacket to fit me.

As said the quoted buoyancy ie max body mass does not matter so much as the actual fit. Here is one available in Oz for about 50 squid. Kayak PFD Level 50
I actually made my own to fit me. 100+kg. It is ok but not as good as a bought one. I used neoprene foam from wet suit inside 2 layers of cloth originally a sail bag. It is nice to be able to make all the pockets on the front you want for gadgets. radio flash light GPS EPIRB etc. I used a long velcro strip at the front suplementd by straps with plastic clips. It is warm. ol'will
