Where are they going and why?

As it happens i was on one of said yachts going out of Pompey- Sunsail charter job. Experienced YM instructor plus myself (Day Skipper and 10 years experience) and 6 crew with virtually no experience. I wouldn't have chosen to go out if we hadn't driven from "up north" on Friday evening to get their but it turned out to be a cracking weekend. 3 reefs and a scrap of genny and a virtually flat sea equals exhilerating run across to Cowes with no breakages or injuries! (pity about the rain though)
You southern types dont know how lucky you are having the Solent as a playground!
