when boating goes wrong - sad state T48

70's American colour co-ordination at it's best. As for the rest of the boat it looks like it has seen it's fair share of hurricanes.
 
I think it's had a deep bath too. Interior is knackered.

Absence of the engine hatch is odd. That'll be tricky to replace. And there are rusty witness marks on the treadplate engine room floor from engine mounts, again a bit odd.

What's making everyone think it's been underwater though, it's a mess for sure but I can't see any obvious signs...?

I can't see it either. Woodwork looks ok to me.

Agreed. Its a mess but no obvious indication that its sunk. However the BVI registration may indicate that it was damaged in the hurricane that hit the islands in 2017 which may account for some of the missing bits. The price is hugely optimistic though even if it was a well known US make which it isnt
