Yep, it's all dependent on the condition of the engine / machinery. I'd suggest that shipping costs would however make this a non starter for a Brit buyer.

Absence of the engine hatch is odd. That'll be tricky to replace. And there are rusty witness marks on the treadplate engine room floor from engine mounts, again a bit odd.

I can't see it either. Woodwork looks ok to me.

Agreed. Its a mess but no obvious indication that its sunk. However the BVI registration may indicate that it was damaged in the hurricane that hit the islands in 2017 which may account for some of the missing bits. The price is hugely optimistic though even if it was a well known US make which it isnt

Edit: actually the answer is that the owner has donated the sale proceeds to a qualifying charity, which in the US allows a tax write-off.
