I have it on good authority (Uni professor on marine biology) that there's a big difference between the formal rules and the reality.
Mallorca is the Med island with the highest population density (3.5 times Sardinia, 6 times Corsica).
Boats and their anchors have bugger all to see with the reason why posidonia is endangered in that area, if you see what I mean... :ambivalence:
