Hi all,

Just got back from a lovely week end messing around on the boat. Some advice please. I have wheel steeling on a Colvic Atlanta, I took off the wheel housing and the business end is a single connection direct to the rudder stock. There seems to be excessive play, in the steering, could anybody advise me if it is possible to adjust so as to take up any play.

As always many thanks for any replies,

David (Tarik)

I know this is a post placed some time ago and no doubt you have the answer to your steering problem. I own a colvic MS 31 same boat different fit out! The solution is to go to the rudder stock and there you will find that a quadrant is fitted and connected to the wheel via red jacket steering cables. The slack is taken up by tightening the cables at the quadrant.

You have probably sorted this out by now but any problems let me know!
