What's wrong with my trim tab?

As long as this is not suppose to be a joke photo, I would trim the leg to zero at least, if it is already set at that then need to look at the prop and remove what is wrapped around it.

Have you recently changed your prop : diameter, pitch ?

Trim tabs are fine.
Otoh, untying the boat from the dock would surely help.
