Whats this on my mast base.

Is there a name for this piece of rigging? It is the screwed pin and nut to connect blocks to. I have trouble sourcing them does anyone know where I may buy a couple of them.

I am not keen on the ring at the front; it looks a bit as if it might catch sheets and sails.

Its a standard fitting for a Z Spar or Sparcraft mast, they come in different sizes depending on the boat size, the nuts fits in the slot under the step and the pin screws down into it.
