Its hidden in the loo locker installed in the pipe supplying water to the window washer.
The little lever has two positions.
A. When you operate the switch placarded as the washers it sends a useful amount of water to help clean the windscreen, other than that it merely allows a constant dribble of water to exit the nozzle and leave a trail of green mould down the teak covered side deck until it reaches the deck drain.
B. Erupts a fountain of water from the nozzle regardless of the washer switch being operated pressurized by the water pump and will empty the fresh water tanks in very short order indeed.
