This has appeared in my local rag under the official notices section.
Enviroment Agency.Transport and works Act 1992.Inland Water Ways order 2010.
Mentions something about a "consistant regulatory frame work for all of the Agencies inland navigations....ref registration of vessels.
Does this mean we on the Medway will get your excellent system of coughing up on the sq ft area of the boat plus a bit for the floppy inflatable hanging off the back ?
They have been trying to impose the BSS down here for a year or so but nothing has happened yet.
Have searched the interweb in vain for any further info.
