Had the tanks cleaned today, Could not believe the mess inside. Tank cleaning was done by Express Lube very clean and professional job.

Yup, had that exactly a year ago. I feel sorry for you.
Mine took a complete tank removal and steam clean, new lines, new filter element and a secondary full filter assembly. Plus hours of grunt, ouch, budder, ?HOW much? and at last PHEW!

Dont be I bought the boat knowing it had this problem. But I was shocked that their was over four gallons of black slime out of each tank.
