What's happened to Trusty?

Hoping someone can enlighten me as I'm getting curious...
First I spotted that the Trusty website has gone offline:
www.trustymotorboats.com
They appear to have deleted their Facebook account and they used to be mentioned on the Garmin page on the Southampton Boat Show website, but now they've disappeared.
Spot the difference...
