no, sorry, probably shouldn't have said the died three times thing considering the mediacal blip a while back.. all forgotten about now, clean bill of health, no drugs, no stents, just a viral attack on the ticker that I've got over 100%.. genuinely interested what's been going on, the real reason for being so quiet is boring stuff like 7 months of house extension work, work itself, celebrating 25 years of marriage etc etc etc.. was out on the boat for the first time in ages at the weekend which has whetted my appetite to reset the priorities with boating towards the top of the list
