Its a club pennant/flag. Although the ones that are for the forum are as rare as rocking horse crap, cos no ones seen them apart from the chosen few. Unless you are one of those people with 1000 posts which proves you either are knowledgeable enough to answer all the threads or you just spout crap and dont spend enough time away from this thing to actually go and use your boat!!

If we wish to be pedantic about this - cop for this !--
A burgee is a flag with a dovetail at the fly - eg the code flags 'A' and 'B'.
What we are calling a burgee is actually a pennant.
