What would you go with?

Yep I'm thinking grey.. ! we're going to the factory in march so hopefully I'll get to see both colours on the boats.....

Soo much to choose from but plenty of time!

So far I think I may be the first poster who actually has a boat with a grey hull......

I have a 12 month old Beneteau Monte Carlo 42 with a grey hull. Having previously had 3 white hulled Brooms I was slightly nervous about it as, whilst it looked magnificent at SIBS, how would it look after 12 months when navy hulls seem to begin to show every mark?

The experience has been fine though, in fact I think the grey has hidden those marks better than the other either white or blue. Also my wife choose charcoal grey canvas for the window covers and rear screens which make a stunning contrast. Beneteau previously did some red hulls which seemed to fade and still show every mark.

Nice one. We've got a V42 on which grey wasn't an option otherwise I am sure we would have gone for it. I have to say the V39 looks better value! I've found Princess a great company to deal with and our boat is a delight - I am sure you will find the same. Did you go for the joystick option?

Jon.

No we didn't think that it was worth the extra mony for a joystick as our current boat Is a 35 footer so not a great deal of size diffrence to warrant a joystick!

I have Joystick but no bow thruster and I'm not certain I would actually pay the extra for it. I found docking my previous Broom with shafts & bow thruster easier. The only problem is that it's becoming a "must have" on a new boat and may therefore affect resale value later.
