What steering is this and what’s the servicing?

We have an LM30 from 1989. We’re used to hydraulic steering but this must be Morse or Teleflex, the first photo shows the steering box, the second shows a flexible pipe, small oil weep at the top; weirdly the hose is open at the end and just sits in the locker. Anyone able to identify the steering box and know what this pipe is and if there’s any routine maintenance servicing to do?

Looks very like my Teleflex drive unit. I do not have a manual but mine is 26 yours old and still working perfectly having never been serviced
