What speed transducer is this?

Hello and greetings from Mallorca,

I have just purchased a Furia 37' and it came with the attached speed transducer. Does anybody recognise the transducer? I cant seem to find any similar one online, and my local chandlery suggested it was made by Signet, however I contacted the company and they informed me it is not a Signet transducer.
Any ideas? How about the cable, any info on what cabling it is would also be helpful.

Looks like a Garmin: Garmin GST 43 Analogue Thru Hull Speed Transducer - 010-04283-00

Also, if you're going to cross-post from other forums, can you at least link the other site so that we can check to see if anyone's answered your question before we spend time trying to help you? Also, if you could remove the links that would be nice.

Thank you for the information. The GST 43 looks very similar indeed, I hope it fits the thru-hull and I can get a hold of one and link it to my Vulcan Plotter. I have sent an email to Garmin and Silva (who also have a very similar transducer). I wait fo their reply, I will post it here.

Regarding the cross-posting, I also wrote on another forum simultaneoulsy, so it is impossible for me to write back on this forum replies from other forums inmediately. I hope you understand. I will pay attention to other forum replies to my posts on YBW in the future.

Regarding the links on my post. It must have been an accident from my side or YBW. I see there are links on words such as "transduer" and "chandery". Im am sorry this links appear on the thread, it is confusing. FYI, if I did not use links to other sites on this thread, it must have been an accident. If I would have used links, I would have not used them behind words like "transduer" or "chandlery". And I would have used link keywords in a context as well.

This is the first time I post on YBW so maybe I did something wrong. I will be more careful in the future.

It’s almost certainly a transducer made by ‘Airmar’ ➥ Airmar (However I never found any similar one on their +800 speed transducers at their website - yes, it took me a while to open every transducer from obsolete, discountinued to active transducers)

Is this a current model of B&G Vulcan?

The Vulcan is the latest Vulcan 7 there is.
The previous owner of the boat (fyi the boat only had one owner before I purchased it), stopped using the speed transducer since he was happy enough with the GPS SOG obtained by the Vulcan 7. And no, the speedo was not connectet to the Vulcan.

Do you know if the Garmin GST plugs are 31mm? Since they look very similar to my existing speedo, i believe they could fit.
