What sort of filler should I use?

Dear Members of the Parish,

I wonder if I could once again call on your expert advice?
I'd like to fill the recess at the top of my keel (please see attached pic) but I'm unsure what kind / type of filler to use.

The recess is approx 10 < 15mm deep, 15cm by 15cm (apologies for going metric! )

Hempel under water epoxy, comes 2 part yellow & blue, mixed becomes green

Does it go on like a filler (like a davids P38!!!) or is it more like an araldite?
Is it ok to work with i.e does is sand down ok?

Any idea who stocks it?

very easy to use & slow to cure, Fox`s chaps use it all the time. easy to finish too. 2 or 3 coats would be better.
