What size oars for my tender?

Cheers Dan. My mooring is only about 20 metres from the shore, but what I'd like to each morning that the tide allows is to row up Mylor Creek to Mylor Bridge to fetch supplies. That's a nice 2.5mile row to set me up for the day. I'd like to scull the short distances. I know it's a bit throwback, but I also cycle and walk a lot in normal life and see rowing as an extension of that.

Hi Ru88ell, I have round closed oarlocks on my tender. The advantage is that as you remove the oar when coming alongside the boat there is nothing sticking up that might scratch the hull.
Mine are bronze, avail from Toplicht I think.
