What Sikaflex to use

I need to screw some screws into my GRP deck. what sikaflex white product do i use. i'm confused by the numbers!

No need for anything fancy, all purpose 291 will be fine.

You can also use 221 which I was told by a Sikaflex technical man is the same as 291 without the marine price.

I use a lot of 11FC which comes in white, brown and black

Do you consider Sikaflex 11FC as good?

Its just that I can get it in Portugal from Leroy Merlin but Sikaflex 221 or 291 I have to order on line.

I do find it OK for gluing and sealing fittings.

Some time ago I fitted gunnel wood strips to the side of a ferro boat in 2 sections.

The first section was sealed and bolted through the hull and the outer section was simply glued on using brown 11FC.
Like any sealant it needs to be held in place until the sealant sets fully.

Some places I did not seal correctly so cane unstuck, but I just squirted more sealant into the gap and clamped the joint again and all was well

I have also used 11FC to fit sone galvanized steel supports to correct some droop in my wheelhouse hatch to good effect

It looks like its available in 600ml foil tubes but not found foil tubes in my normal supplier like Leroy Merlin
